The dead don’t walk
And the dead don’t talk.
The dead don’t dare
And the dead don’t care.
The dead are dead
And that’s the end.
There’s no debate
And there’s nothing to translate;
The dead can’t hurt you
And the dead can’t give you your due.
The dead are just dead
With, mostly, no ghost to dread.
Turn your back and let the dead rot
Because whether you like it or not,
They’re dead
And that’s all that can be said.

Very nice and so true about the dead. I honestly like to believe that the dead gets way more respect than the living but that's just me though. Great poem.
